Objective: 

  1. To be able to make space for mom's well-being 
  2. Make it easy for busy moms to listen to book materials 
  3. Reconnect moms with what makes them happy 
  4. Have an app with science-backed information related to health and wellness


DESIGN PROBLEM

Busy Moms:

  1. No time to take care of themselves 
  2. Extra time for researching and filtering out unwanted information 
  3. Spend lots of money on books 
  4. Overwhelmed with so much information out there 
  5. Lack of Well-being Audible Apps are specifically targeted at mothers


Research Methods:

  1. Methods used, qualitative & quantitative research


Interview Results:

  1. Lack of time overall 
  2. Moms feel overloaded with so much information in their everyday lives 
  3. Lack of knowledge on how to start taking care of themselves.

The client needed a clean and fresh design for her food recipe book:

  1. She had all the recipes written down, but no design
  2. She didn't have personal branding to work with

  1. Asked about the client's goals to be able to find her style, so it could be reflected in her book
